Hill AFB’s 34 FS “Rude Rams” traded their F-16’s for F-35A’s and became the first combat ready F-35 squadron on 2 August 2016. 5091 is shown in a “Day 1” low RCS configuration with no external stores.
She carries a GBU-31 JDAM and four GBU-39 Small Diameter Bombs internally in addition to a pair of AIM-120D’s to contend with any Air-to-Air opponents.
