Jastrzab is Polish for the Northern Goshawk and is the Polish Air Force's name for their F-16's. The operate three squadron's of Block 52+ C and D models for Air Defense, Surface Attack and CAS, and Recce with Goodrich DB110 reconnaissance pods.
4056 is from the 6 Eskadra Lotnictwa Taktycznego known as the Tigers flying from Poznan-Krzesiny AB. The 6th was the final F-16 squadron to form.
She is shown configured for a Surface Attack mission with 2 x GBU-31/B 2,000 lb. bombs (BLU-109) and a Sniper XR targeting pod. For self-protection, 4056 has 2 x AIM-120C and 2 x AIM-9X missiles as well as the internal 20 mm cannon and chaff/flare modules. External fuel is carried in a 300 gallon centerline tank as well as an additional 900 gallons in the CFT's.
