JG 74, named for Luftwaffe ace Werner Mölders, was the final wing created after WW2 as Germany’s air force was reconstituted. The nickname was deemed politically incorrect in 1998 and the wing’s designation changed to Taktisches Luftwaffengeschwader 74 (Tactical Air Force Wing 74) in 2013. They converted to the EF2000 in 2008.

Nicknamed Tufi, the Eurofighters of the 74th Wing are tasked with Air Defense. 30+48 is configured for a sortie to practice exactly that with a single captive carry IRIS-T missile and a 1000 L external tank.

Any Fighter Studios print can be customized with different squadron marking, different store configurations, names on the nose or canopy rail. To get yours started, click Personalized Print for more information or click Email with questions.
