The Air Force Reserves 303 FS traces its history back to WW2 as a Troop Carrier squadron and operated observation, training, and airlift aircraft before joining the Reserves and transitioning to the A-10A in 1982. They relocated from Richards-Gerber AFB to Whiteman AFB in 1994.
80-0201 is shown carrying an AN/ALQ-184. AN/AAQ-28 Litening ATP. and a 600 Gallon external fuel tank in addition to AGM-65 Mavericks, GBU-12 LGB’s and AGR-20 laser rockets.
