The 75 FS, nicknamed the Tiger Sharks, trace their history to the famous American Volunteer Group that flew P-40's against Imperial Japan in China before the US entered World War 2. Shortly after the Pearl Harbor attack, the AVG was absorbed into the Army Air Corps and the squadrons were designated the 73, 74, and 75 Fighter Squadrons. Markers of this lineage are reflected in the shark mouth adorning the nose and the "FT" tail code.

Currently assigned to the 23rd Wing at Moody AFB in Georgia, the 75th currently fly the A-10C as shown in the print.

79-207 is shown depicted ready for a permissive threat environment sortie with a LAU-25/F flare pod on station 2, AGM-65D's on stations 3/9, GBU-54/B L-JDAM on station 4/8, GBU-12B/B on stations 5/7, and an AN/AAQ-28 Litening pod on station 10. Stations 1, 6, and 11 are empty. She is loaded with a full load of 30mm cannon and chaff and flare expendables.
